No eating or drinking in the hall
No smoking in the hall or the immediate surrounds
This Centre is laying the foundation in Borrowdale for the establishment of a place of meditative practice and the development of unconditional compassion for all Beings.
The BMC will offer regular meditation sessions, talks and courses on various aspects of Buddhism including compassion, mindfulness, death & dying, dreams and relieving stress.
It is recognized that we all lead busy lives and even the best intention to meditate can get lost once in a while. Joining a group can make one more committed to our practice. So come along and put into practice the ways in which you can live a happier, more mindful and peaceful life.
Every Tuesday evening, there will be a guided meditation and reading from 5.30 - 7.00 pm. As this schedule may be disrupted form time to time, please watch this space* for any changes to this Tuesday session or email for confirmation. If you would like to join the Whatsapp group that keeps you updated on these evening sessions, please send Dave a whatsapp on 0772-317424
*Meditation for the month of February, 2020 is unchanged.
